A TCA Executive Meeting is scheduled for Monday the 8th of June, after the Tasmanian Open.

TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION INCLUDE:

• Proposed format change for events
  • changing the current 90min + 15sec  3-3-1 Sat-Sun-Mon model to a 90min + 30sec 1-2-2-2 Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon model for the Tasmanian Championships and/or Tasmanian Open.
• Constitutional amendments
  • discussion of 16.1.e, 16.1.f, and 16.4 regarding the voting status of executive positions and limiting the number of offices held by a single person at any given time.
    • NOTE: According to section 20 of the constitution amendments to the constitution can only be passed at an AGM or SGM (Special General Meeting) and only if all due process is followed.  This will be a discussion to explore the merit of moving a formal motion in time for the next AGM in March 2016.
• Events notification
  • discussion of a minimum time frame by which event details are made public.
• TCA Privacy Policy
  • With the TCA moving forward in the digital age a discussion on how best to protect the privacy of member and executives is required.

Non-executive members are welcome to attend the meeting as quests and join in discussion, but they will not be allowed to move or vote on motions moved by the executive.
